"i have all nef products in my kitchen but this one not so good the turntable plate was chipped, then one of the diodes on the clock has gone and its only a week old. have nef engineer booked to fix clock and i have a new plate now, but not what you expect from a nef product."
"Bought this for a new fitted kitchen. The microwave is clearly a quality product, sturdy and well built. It's a bit expensive for what it is, I could have bought a standalone appliance for half the price, but fitted appliances always seem to cost more than their standalone counterparts.
The only thing I don't like about it is the turn dial rather than the numeric keypad I'm used to with my old microwave. You can adjust the cooking time to the second up until 2 minutes, after which it jumps 10 seconds at a time up until 5 minutes, then only goes up in full minutes after that.
All in all, it's a great quality product, looks fantastic and is easy to keep clean. "

"This was a replacement for a built in microwave which was installed in the house. It is a much superior product, simple to set and quiet in operation. It was simple to fit and looks good in the cabinet. It is a premium product and the design and styling bear this out. Particularly like the memory function allowing you to save a setting you use regularly. Two gripes prevented me from giving it all five stars: I would have liked the ability to set two power levels to operate one after the other (e.g. 3 mins on full followed by 10 on simmer) and the memory function could be so much better if multiple memories were available."

"I have been using Neff appliances for over 20 years and
never had a problem and this is only my second Neff microwave so there built to last. Also it looks great above the cooker and is easy to keep clean. "
