"We replaced an old and basic NEFF double oven that we'd had for the past 10 years. It was reliable, but had become very difficult to get properly clean, and didn't offer the features we needed.
We specifically wanted Pyrolytic cleaning, the ability to cook without the fan running, and a high temperature setting for cooking pizzas. The new oven does all of that, and more. The maximum temperature it will reach is 275 Celcius - high enough for fabulous fresh pizzas. It also has a great 'rapid heat' function, so there is less time wasted waiting for it to get up to temperature. The rails inside are much thicker and higher quality than in the old oven too - an added bonus. The meat temperature probe is brilliant - no more guesswork on 'how long should I cook this topside roast for' - perfect every time.
Some reviews have commented on it being 'noisy'. Honestly, I wouldn't say that it's any noisier than the oven that it replaced - perhaps a slightly different pitch, but no louder. Not audible from more than six or seven feet away, and certainly not loud enough to disrupt even a whispered conversation.
A very worthy upgrade to our old oven - we're very pleased with it, and wish we'd upgraded sooner."
