"Bought this oven to replace our 21 year old NEFF which has served us well. The new oven is so much more efficient and cooks the food so much better, the browning over say a chicken and roast potatoes is amazingly even, making the food look and taste great. The available features help to perfect cooking and importantly help with cleaning. I am very happy with this oven and would recommend to a friend. Can't understand why there is no handle for the grill though, such a poor omission on Neffs part."

The whole process from ordering to delivery and installation was faultless.
The new oven is just what I expected.

"We opted for the full purchase, delivery, install and removal of our old one.
Installation was on time, the guys were polite and quick to work switching out the ovens. A quick once over on how to use it went down well.
The oven itself is hands down better than our last one!
Temperatures are accurate, and there are almost too many cooking options available.
It would have been nice to have a handle included with the tray - as I've seen mentioned a few times, but overall not a big issue.
Also one minor thing is that aside from the sliding shelf, it's very easy to slide the other shelves out completely - which makes it a bit tricky when sliding shelves out whilst resting trays on them etc.. pull too far and they'll completely fall out (no safety mechanism that requires you to lift them up etc..)

"I loved my old Neff fan oven. Sadly at 17 years old it cooked its last dinner. I have taken delivery of a Neff CircoTherm built-in double oven. It is a bit noisier and I would have preferred for all the shelves to be on telescopic runners in the main oven like my old one. The shelves are a bit of a loose fit. For me, it is a different way of cooking and will take a lot of trial and error. I have rung Neff with a few queries concerning temperatures and shelf position but although very polite they could only say, trial and error. I asked for dates and places of appliance/cookery demonstrations but the nearest was in Scotland! I live in South Wales!
I’m using an oven thermometer because the oven is not quite up to temperature when the light goes out, it usually takes about another 10 minutes. My first cake sank and roasted potatoes were not crisp. I’m finding out for myself how to cook things because the instructions that come with oven are too vague. Cook a Victoria sponge at 150-170deg is not helpful. I hope I’ll get used to it but it hasn’t been an easy start. "

"Looks great in our kitchen. So may choices of cooking methods will take a while to try all. So far going well but a little noisier than previous oven. "
