"nice that switches are retractable - shame no grill pan handle and can't get as many shelves in as the old one but still pleased. Suprised at how noisy fan is."

"Purchased the oven and delivered end of January, initially it worked very well. Though after use the cooling fan always ran for at least 30 minutes after use sometimes over 40 minutes which was noisy and frustrating and appears to be common issue..
Within 3 weeks, the fan (separate from cooling fan) within the main oven failed and food took double the required time to cook. Neff arranged engineer, who came out and replaced the failed part. He also adjusted the coo!ing fan setting to shortest time mode. The oven then began working great again. The cooling fan however still stayed on at least 25 minutes after oven switched off.
3 weeks after initial repair, fan in main oven has failed again. This oven is only about 2 months old, not what I wanted or expected from a "premium" brand. Awaiting engineer to come again. This time we will reject repair and have it uplifted. We will not replace with neff as it has less reliability than the oven it replaced in our kitchen."

"Oven been installed for about 3 weeks. Has been very noisy since it was installed. Today the bottom oven stopped working.
Not what I would expect from an oven at this price. "
"Nice to have ovens that you can see in. The lights are very good. Like the warming up indicator as this saves you keep looking and touching dials to see if the temp is correct. Much quieter that the old oven we inherited with the property. Fits in extremely well to the unit and no complaints. Would really recommend this oven. "

"It's the first time we have purchased a NEFF product and we are extremely pleased with it, it cooks food well and is very easy to use. We particularly like that the insides of the oven are grey and that the oven lights are on the top and not on the back it makes it so much easier to see inside the oven. We also love the concealed knobs it makes the oven look very modern. There are many different functions we have not tried yet and it's a great price too especially with the cash back offer promotion."
"We are in the process of having a new kitchen built and the pressure to get quality and value for money is a difficult balance to strike. This Neff double oven was chosen by the baker in the house and after a short internet search managed to find it on AO for considerably less than. We had been quoted locally. From start to finish the customer service from ao was excellent. We were informed of our orders progress and the communication for delivery was top rate right down to the driver confirming a very accurate delivery time on the morning of delivery. Would recommend this product and ao to anyone. "
