"Bought this oven in Jan 19, it had a fault on the fan, the first time I used it the cooling fan never switched off, I had to turn it off from the main. When I contacted Neff customer services they said they was short staffed and I would have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer. This was a brand new oven, totally unacceptable. Long story cut short I had a new oven delivered 7th February. This now has a fault on the cooling fan again. I am waiting for an engineer as I write this review. I have read other reviews now reporting a fault with the fan. It just comes on by itself, we were out and on our return the cooling fan was on. I had to switch it off from the main. This has happened a few times now. I think neff should be looking into this fault. I shall be asking for a different
Oven, I will see if neff step up to the mark, I would still choose Neff as apart from this fault I was happy with the oven. I think it's just this particular one.
Also this has no reflection on A O their service was very prompt with good delivery service and installation."

"Its a good oven, quick to heat up, and maintains temperature well. I feel the controls are a bit basic, and the time / delayed start features are limited. Other than that, no complaints. Its is roomy inside, and the slide tray is great."

"This NEFF double oven looks good and feels good when you cook with it. The controls have been carefully considered and provide the choices you want without having so many that you can't easily navigate, the easy clean function is especially welcome. The whole oven is well built: the door stays open and doesn't bounce and the sliding shelfruns easily. I would recommend it to any busy family or experienced chef."

"We bought this to replace an old Neff double oven. The new replacement is efficient, quiet and we are very pleased with it. The controls pop in and out making it easier to clean. It has a nice modern look. The double grill is a bonus. It’s a shame that only one of the shelves in the oven has the glide out mechanism but you can still pull the others out and you can move the glide system to fit your preferred shelf. The only disappointing issue is the timer beep is far too quite but otherwise I am very happy with my new oven. "
