"Was really please when the cooker arrived, it is very stylish and fits in perfectly. It has provided a modern and updated look to our kitchen. The initial setting up of the cooker was very easy, and the clear instructions provide a good overall insight on how to use. The oven doors are really easy to open/close which reflects the overall quality. It has a 'heat up' quick function which is very useful when you need to prepare meals quickly. The double oven aspect is especially good as you can use both ovens together, therefore enabling food to be ready at the same time. I have used the different fan controls which are great especially when cooking delicate foods i.e. fish. The cooker also has the advantage of being able to use both ovens on a grille function. It has really good heat distribution and cooks food very evenly, there is no need to turn or swap things around during cooking, which is especially good when baking. The grille is very wide and accommodates the whole area for grilling food, I found this very helpful. Overall this is the best cooker that I have used. Both ovens have interior lights which provides a clear view when cooking. The lights can also be operated independently which makes it very easy to see when cleaning. Neff has really considered safety aspects on this cooker, which include child lock protection and locking functions for the sliding shelves - I really love this feature. This is a very well designed quality product. Slight suggestion although soap and water did clean the cooker, some finger marks on the stainless steel front were visible. It would have been useful to have a small trial sample of cleaner for the stainless steel area."

"We have kids and grand kids over all the time. This means we needed an oven that can cook a lot of food at once.
Both ovens work together really well and heat up very quickly. My favourite thing is to cook a chicken in the bottom oven and bake a crumble in the top so it's all done at the same time.
I think it must have a really powerful fan. Food cooks nice and evenly - my last oven would sometimes leave burned outside and frozen inside despite following the instructions on the packet.
You can feel the build quality just from lowering the doors, Neff are a great brand that I will always use from now on. You get what you pay for in my humble opinion. "
