"On the 19th Dec our Neff oven that we had for 15 yrs stopped working so we ordered a new one from AO .com
which arrived on the 21st Dec it was fitted in strait away we love the hide and slide feature also the new control panel we registered it with Neff and got a 2yrs parts and labour guarantee free "
