"We like this microwave, it is easy to operate, easy to clean and looks great! I dropped a star because of the card board part that's inside. It looked like part of the packaging so I took it of and broke it, but works out it has to stay inside. It should have been made of a stronger material. I wander where I can get a replacement part..."

"Excellent microwave, works very well although we've only had it for a week. A vast improvement on our old Indesit one. A nice bright LED light illuminates the inside when operating, the beeper that sounds at the end of the cooking time could be a little louder. You wouldn't hear it from an adjacent room."

"I have only had the microwave for a week so haven't used it very much but so far it's okay. The chrome where the door opens does not line up with the chrome which is above the controls which I find irritating. This microwave is made in China and is not as good as my previous Neff microwave but unfortunately I couldn't find a Neff microwave with the correct measurements."
