"Firstly I would like to complement AO - superb customer service and delivery services. Everything arrived in perfect condition unlike a previous well known retailer who have now lost my business! The oven itself looks fantastic - there aren’t many ovens that are pure black which is what we specifically wanted. We have only just got the new kitchen and haven’t tested it out yet as much as we’d like but all seems great so far! "

"The main oven functions are good & all of the recipes I have tried so far have come out well. However, the smaller oven (grill) is a little difficult to access plus there was no grill pan with the product so I had to utilise the one from my old cooker."
