"Had this oven about a month now, there is nothing wrong with it other than it is a basic oven for £750, the knobs feel cheap and the fan is noisy, if it was £550 it would be realistic, after using this oven it is nothing better than a friends £350 oven he bought a few months ago, hopefully the build will be better than than his cheap one and only time will tell but i had a 15 year old Neff one, don't forget that both of these come from the same manufacturer, that this replaced and it was head and shoulders above this one. Last but not least the service from AO was second to none as usual."

"Very good service, purchased replacement double oven online and the AO delivery guys came along and removed the old one and wired up the new one and took the old one away 10/10, great job."
