"Really impressed with this oven; not only does it look good it easily out performs my old one. Heats up quickly and I have had some really good results. Very happy!"

"The oven arrived on the date agreed, the delivery went without issue, however, once installed the oven really let me down, the controls feel quite cheap and 'plasticky' and the timer, well where do I start, it makes the most useless little beep that you will not hear unless in the same room with no other noises going on, and then when you think it can't get any worse the faint beeping stops after a very short time making it completely useless and not fit for purpose, There are three 'trays' for the oven but not a handle in sight for any of them, what a joke.... If it wasn't so close to Christmas day I'd send it back! Always Loved Bosch gear but this is a real let down, look for a different unit I DO NOT recommend this one...."

"The instruction book is over complicated and hard to find answers to questions, if at all.
It has too many bells and whistles, including 3D cooking (I had to research that on the 'net). It shouldn't be difficult to understand which oven setting to use to cook a chicken, but I'm still not sure which setting to use. On 3D it seemed to cook by hot air drying, if that makes sense? It's going to be trial and error.
I like the bright top and bottom oven lights.
I like the self clean oven liners, in light grey is good.
I like the two half-type trays for grilling or cooking.
I don't like the clock light is red (personal taste)
I don't like no handles for the grill pan.
I don't like no drip-wire trays for the grill pan nor for the single half-trays.
I don't like more 'accessories' can be bought later.
At this stage I'm not falling in love with it.
