"Ordered on a Sunday, delivered the very next day! An excellent replacement to our previous oven that had failed & to be honest seen better days! So easy to use, keep clean & energy efficient as well!"
"Easy to fit, needs a three pin plug (13a) and slide into empty space and turn on! Two people lifted into the vacant space. No need for fitting service as long as you can wire a plug and put in the wall !"

"Had this for a few months now, I’m underwhelmed - it does not cook evenly and does the edges quicker so I still have to shuffle stuff about. The cleaning function requires all the shelves and the side rails to be removed which is also faffier than expected. Was expecting better given it was relatively expensive compared to my old one. Service from AO was great and do was fitting - I also had matching hob fitted on the same day and was all round good service."

"Our previous 7 year old Samsung double oven went pop so we needed a replacement promptly. The Bosch had received good reviews from everywhere including Good Housekeeping so we went for it! Previous oven was a Double but we always cook things at the same temperature so went for a single oven this time. Installation was added to the price but could not be completed on the day due to some faulty wiring we needed to get repaired (polarisation?). AO Customer Services refunded immediately over the phone so it was an end to end pleasant experience despite having to wait a further day for installation locally. Been in use for around a week now and it is superb. The door is heavy and shuts very tightly. It gets up to temperature very quickly and you can cook with the light on which means you don't have to keep opening the door! Not used some of the more advanced functions like defrost or cleaning yet but so far excellent build quality and we qualified for a £70 JustEat voucher from Bosch, happy days."
