"When viewing recorded programs or live television from my Sony hard disc recorder via HDMI, the main Menu button to change colour, contrast, etc. etc. does not function, it works only when viewing live TV via the television aerial feed. Also the television had a VERY strong smell of burning electronics when unboxed but not plugged in, I had to leave it in another room for a week. Other than the above, great TV for low cost. "
