"From point of ordering to point of delivery I can not fault the sales team nor the delivery team.
Communication was excellent letting me know the delivery window and then the delivery crew called me when they were 15 minutes away.
There was a problem with the first TV (No fault of AO) and the situation was dealt with swiftly and a replacement sent within 48hrs with the same high level of service.
The TV is excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and I would purchase through AO again."

"Couldn't fault it, goes perfect in my living room, have read reviews about the sound being rubbish but mine is perfect and doesn't need to be above '20', amazing picture quality to match the amazing price for a 50" smart tv. Would definitely recommend this to friends & family."
