"This Smeg cooker hood is easy enough to fit and looks the part (which keeps the Mrs quiet for a while) it’s nothing fancy and I suspect it is a little more purely because it is a Smeg, but it does the job nicely."

"I have been using this cooker hood for one week and I’m a bit disappointed by its performance. Even when I use one pot on the hob to boil water and cook rice, it doesn’t extract a huge amount, so droplets form on the filters and drop back on the surface of my new induction hob, which I have to wipe and dry all the time while cooking. Not to mention what happens when I cook 3 pots at the same time or how noisy it is even at the lowest extraction level. I am thinking to return it and ask for my money back. This product shouldn’t even be listed on ao.com as an option."

"Had a new kitchen fitted about two years ago and the hood supplied was noisy and dated. We decided to go with Smeg as this was the best available for its size. If you need to get the chimney cut use a proper metal fabricators. Cost me £15 and worth every penny. Looks great, very happy."
