"This fridge is of extremely poor quality. Upon receiving the item there were dents in the bottom, scratches on one of the doors, there is glue residue in multiple places holding the doors together and to top it all off the ice maker doesn't work and leaks all over my floor.
Apart from that, the fridge is very quiet, has a huge capacity, cools quickly and if it wasn't for the shoddy way it was put together it could have been a very beautiful fridge. Don't waste your money because this fridge is not built to last."

"We bought this fridge freezer back in April. The features and benefits are amazing. we loved the ice maker and water compartment, good sturdy make, but alas I had to send it back after many photos and a replacement sent , due to its colour. The back casing was indeed black but the doors are gun metal grey. this is not shown on the picture and Hisense advised us that this is 'their ' black. We wanted a jet black as it would be standing next to a black high shine split level oven . Therefore we had to order a different make. I wish I was able to keep it as it was a fantastic freezer and better built than our replacement we now currently have . So if you don't mind having gun metal grey doors , go for this model. "

"Haven't been able to use the water dispenser or ice dispenser yet as they are not working properly. press the buttons and it pours all over the floor so got an engineer visiting so can't wait to put it into full use. Other than that it does have plenty of room and keeps fresh food very fresh. i would say yes for recommending "

"My parents bought us this american fridge freezer when renovating our kitchen recently. We are extremely pleased with it and love the water and ice dispenser which has the benefit of not having to be plumbed in. "
