"The item was very well packaged on arrival.
The Bad :The hinges needed changing onto the left but the screws were so tight I snapped a screwdriver. Had to invest in a new 8 mm socket set to undo them !
The instructions are a little vague so you have to work out which screws go where and the number of plastic white bracket covers are not obviously marked. However it all made sense in the end. Anyone with reasonable DIY skills can fit this integrated unit.
The Good: The overall design and finish are remarkably good considering this is at the lower end of the price bracket.It is solidly built with plenty of room even with the integrated wine rack which can be easily removed if preferred. As it comes with a 2 year warranty and the fact that I have purchased other Hisense products in the past I am confident that this fridge/freezer will serve us very well."

"Couldn’t ask for more! Fridge is perfect - lots of space and one large veg box which is good. Freezer drawers seem nice and sturdy. Very quiet too. Deliver updates were spot on."

"Works fine and not to tricky to fit, the fridge has reasonable space for storing food but if you do a big shop you'll probably want something bigger, we ordered this size based on it being integrated and the same size as our last one. there is a bit of a build up of frost at the back but seems to disappear in the morning so not an issue and hopefully will stay that way. The freezer is again not huge but economical and so far has stayed frost free so definitely worth the upgrade from our last one and saves hours of defrosting and scraping. Overall happy with the purchase but could be a few more inches bigger in capacity. "
