"3 stars...the visuals are great, the actual usability a little iffy...top freezer drawer has an insert for ice trays yet tilts at 40% when you slide it out making for wet feet, design issue if u leave the butter tray in the door up and accidentally shut door you will likely break an irreplaceable hinge.
One thing I didn't like that would have stopped me buying if I'd knows is that it came with a European plug, and some kind of locked in adapter to UK....thing sits 10cm proud of the wall meaning cannot use socket behind fridge...just an ugly solution all-round."

"Great product, very sleek and plenty of room. Only reason for four stars is that it came with a European plug; not an insurmountable issue but AO could have been clearer about it rather than burying it in the small print "

"I can honestly say this is the best fridge I have ever owned or had use of (including much more expensive Smeg fridges in the past). It looks fabulous, the handles make it very easy for my family (5 sons) to use, the design is brilliant and it was (in my humble opinion) superb value for money. The only thing that let it down was the AO service - refusing to unpack it or help me using the ubiquitous excuse for bad service of the moment: 'Due to Covid'."
