"Good washing machine, easy to use. Haven't tested the dryer yet so cannot comment on this. Only downside is it does protrude more than a normal washing machine."

"Never used Ao before, will always do in the future. Despite Covid 19 delivery of new appliance and removal of old one went like clockwork.
We were kept fully informed at all stages. Excellent customer service.

"Very happy with this purchase. Good choice of wash programs however mostly been using the daily wash option. Sometime wash/dry all way to end depending on load and items, very handy. Dry only options cotton and synthetics and a 15min quick wash for a freshen up. Totally delighted with this purchase is does everything you want a washer/dryer to do. Delivery guys called in advance so knew when to expect."

"Fantastic product, the best machine I've owned by far. Instructions easy to understand for fitting and indeed the dials are self explanatory on the machine, which is a first! Every cycles is nigh on silent in use, in fact I kept having to check when first using, that it was actually working... Clothes come out clean, dry and smelling wonderful! Brilliant customer service from the team as the machine had a dent on the front when we unpacked it.. They were fantastically helpful on the phone and resolved it amicably and without any stress.. Amazing and rare.. Don't hesitate to buy this product from this company. I've made a few purchases and I wouldn't buy from any other seller now. "

"I have done so many loads with this machine. It is quiet and washes my clothes well. The drying facility is excellent and it looks great. AO were amazing and delivered quickly and installed with great care. I’d recommend this reliable easy on the ear and eye machine to anyone looking for a washer dryer!"
