"Great washer dryer. I really cannot believe how quiet this is. I was standing beside it talking on the phone and didn't realise it was running. Having upgraded from a basic machine our clothes have never been this clean. The only thing people might not like is the jaunty tune it plays when it is finished. But it's such a happy tune it's starting to grow on me. "

"Really happy with the delivery and purchase of the washer/dryer. Good reliable make which I had before however there was an initial problem. On drying a some clothes for double time they were not completely dry and the door wouldn't unlock, maybe teething problems, this hasn't happened since."

"Really easy to set up with clear instructions and logically buttons and dials to do different wash types.
The 59’ minute wash+dry is a great feature, as is the 15’ minute daily wash. Drying feature could be better as we’ve had some clothes come out still on the damp side.
The only downer in my view is the annoying jingle noise is makes when finishing a cycle! Goes on for about 20 secs and sounds like an old game boy - hoping this can be turned off in the options. Overall really solid buy and good value for money"

"Although the main wash cycle indicates over 3 hours initially, it automatically adjusts to what you've got in the drum through the cycle. I had a heavy large bath sheet and a hand towel, and it did it in an hour and a half. If you've got a small half load, then the daily wash is ideal. It gets the washing clean and fresh, and I like that you can change the temperature and the spin speed too. It's quite quiet spinning, but I found the end spin a bit short, so instead of feeling like 1400 spin damp, it felt like 1200 spin damp. Only a couple of gripes - the drum isn't that deep for an 8kg model and you can't change the spin speed anywhere between 800rpm and 1400 rpm - no 1000rpm or 1200rm. The dryer is comparable with other washer/dryers I've had and does a good job. I only use the dryer for towels and underwear, as it creases up clothes. 1kg load on synthetic drying cycle takes about 1hr. Oh - and if the finishing tune drives you crazy you can turn it off, but as the door unlocking is whisper-quiet I've left mine on! On the whole I'm really pleased - does what I need it to do efficiently. Registering the 5 year warranty with Samsung is a bit fiddly as it's all online and I didn't get any paper forms to fill in. Had to go onto online chat to get them to send through e-mail confirmation of the registration."

"I am pleased with this product so far, although it is still early days. The only thing that has been an issue (a very small one) is that it doesn't specify anywhere whether I can do a cold wash - the coolest one on the display is 20 degs. I can press the button again and the light doesn't show on any of the temperatures, so I assume this is cold. It would have just been useful to know for sure, before washing delicate items. But as I say, this is a minor point. The machine is good looking and very functional. It evens plays a little tune to you! :) I would say 4.5 stars!"
