"The washer / dryer seems pretty good, but why is it that it won’t let you open the door after drying. It displays a message saying HOT, if you need an item out of the machine you’re stumped until it decides to let you open the door.
Come on Samsung we’re not all three years old !!!"

"This washer dryer is easy to use and I find the programmes ideal for our household. I fathomed out how to set a higher spin only after the 15min wash at the second attempt so in all if you set for a high spin after the short wash it’s all done in 30 mins. And the daily wash only takes just over an hour and the choice to tailor the functions to suit is great. It’s lovely and quiet during wash, spin and dry which is bliss! "

"AO brilliant service as usual cant fault it at all. Washer dryer absolutely fab, separate wash and dry settings, the dryer is excellent. Simple to use, very good instruction booklet, love the tune the machine plays when it finishes, excellent value for money and with a 5 year parts and labour guarantee you cant lose. Would recommend highly to anyone"

"The tracking and delivery of this product was excellent. The machine was installed efficiently and professionally, especially as this was in a first floor rental flat.
The machine itself is quiet and easy to use. The addition of the tumble dryer to the washing machine is excellent, especially as there is a program to both wash and tumble dry automatically. The ability to program the delayed end time, allowing it to calculate the start time is brilliant as at present the economy 7 period ends at 08:00. This means money savings and the washing is all ready in the morning.
So far, we haven't found anything to dislike, although the tunes it plays are annoying to some, at least you can turn this off. "

"Have only used the machine twice so far and wished I'd known the wash cycle times before I bought it. Really it should NOT take over two and a half hours to wash a small load of clothes ! Would suggest to anyone thinking of buying a washer drier to make enquires of the manufacturer first as not shown in the sales details"

"I really like this machine. It is the second Samsung I have had. Thorough cleaning & accurate timing, good settings and it is quiet (apart from the tune at the end!)"
