"I purchased this machine as my previous machine's bearing had gone and it would have been too expensive to fix. I can't get used to how quiet my new machine is. Loving the little jingle at the end to let you know the cycle has finished. I keep finding myself looking for things to wash just to use it. It's also useful to be able to change the wash program to suit my needs. "

"Great quality Samsung washer dryer at a very competitive price. Very fast delivery during the Xmas period.
Delivery drivers called in advance to let us know when they were on their way, arrived promptly, removed the old machine and fitted the new one within minutes. Cleaned up behind them and removed all the packaging. We were up and running with the new machine straight away.
Couldn't ask for more."

"We ordered a washer/dryer for mu daughter on a sarurday it was delivered on a monday a bit later than they told us but they kept us up to date with the delivery times and they helped my son in law with it ibto the house. My daughter was very surprised when she got home as we had not told her. They text and confirmed everything was ok and then called to offer extended insurance but was not pushy at all and just e mailed me the detail. Will be using this service again for sure."
