"I bought the previous model of this machine as it was offered with a 5 year warranty. I believed that it was a sound investment and good value if you get 5 good years out of it. It is priced as a high end machine.
Unfortunately after 2 years of usage I started getting leaks out of the front of the machine. I was blaming the missus for getting stuff stuck in the door. I since found out that the rubber door gasket was damaged and a bit broke off it. I complained to Samsung to get it fixed but unfortunately I didn't register the warrantly within 90 days so I was only getting a 2 year warranty. Yes, an oversight by me but I feel conned.
The result is I have now got a £140 repair bill on my hands for a top of the range machine. I never had an issue like this with a cheaper machine which I had for 10 yrs previously.
It washes well, drying is average but its not as quiet as you would assume at full spin. I don't think its worth the money they are selling it and prepare for break downs.
Don't get caught out with this warranty scam if you do decide to buy."
