Didn’t know not to use concentrated fabric conditioner, so had to dilute current stock! "

"We have used this about five times now since we bought it last week. The washer itself is nice looking but there is only one design fault we can see, that is the domed door shell on the front, it doesn't allow the door to open as fully as our last washer, the plastic dome hits the rim on the door opening where the hinge is so it limits how far you can open the door. I can for see future issues with this. The washing process itself is good and we are still getting used to the different wash settings. The run times are longer than my last washer as I had the option of halving the wash time on my last one. I used the eco bubble facility on a whites wash and it got chocolate out of a top that my last washer wouldn't have been able to achieve without pre treating it with a stain remover. If anyone has teenagers you will have had the joys of fake tan on your towels/bedding and clothes. This washer is good at taking fake tan off. The dryer I am not so sure of as yet, my last free standing dryer had a cool down on the last 10 minutes of the cycle that knocked the creases out and would aid with less ironing. Up to know I haven't seen this on this current washer dryer."

"sleek looking washing machine, very quiet, and leaves clothes clean and very fresh. Easy to use and the dryer enables clothes to be dried even on rainy days.
AO delivery guys maintained good communication, even when they were running 20 minutes late! Old machine was disconnected, removed, and they not only connected the new one but took all the packaging away.
Pleasure doing business with AO, Will recommend and will definitely use again!
