"I purchased this machine in April 2019. It lost power and broke down in October and after 4 Samsung engineer's visit was declared irreparable. The machine was not replaced by Samsung since there was no answer forthcoming about the next steps for over a month and when I did receive a reply, I had already replaced the machine with another brand.
The manufacturer's quality of service if something was to go wrong is terrible. My sincerest advice is not to buy this brand based on very poor after care service."

"My first word of warning would be that it's deeper than your average washing machine, so it sticks out a bit from under our worktop.
Other than that, it's been good so far. Wash works well, and is reasonably quiet (once we'd got it wedged in place so it didn't vibrate too much).
The dryer is ok - not as effective as an actual tumble dryer, but it does work, only a bit slower."

"The dryer function stopped working after 3 weeks. Waited a week and had to take a whole day off work for someone to fix it and it has broken again after 3 days! Spoken to Samsung again and advised someone will call me back in 48 hours! Completely unacceptable product and service for the price paid! Paid for this with AO finance as our previous machine broke unexpectedly so currently paying for something I can’t use! "

"So far, so good. The machine has a massive drum and is super-quiet. A great upgrade over my 10-year old Zanussi. The only downside is that the tumble drier seems underpowered and takes a long time compared to my old machine. "
