"Good machine, quite, and plenty of room for a kids clothes wash, no longer have to put two loads on. Easy to learn the settings, not had to look up too much. The specification didn't say that it had reverse drive, but it dose so that was good to find out on both wash and tumble dry. Little fiddly to clean the fitter, drain water out first, which you need a shallow tray for, but the fitter is simple to clean. Only have to do it 6 time a year it says, but it's too new to know how accurate that is yet. I would recommend this machine, but then anything is an improvement on my last machine, which I had for 14years because I checked what I was buying and know it should last for a long time. Delivery driver where nice quick and happy. Rang with 20mins notice."

"In a small house that could not fit a washer and a dryer separately this is a perfect solution. It did not work to start with but after a call to Samsung we could reset it and since then it has been wonderful. There are loads of settings and then to be able to dry clothes as well is fabulous! I am thrilled with the purchase."
