"We decided to buy a new washer dryer when our almost 20 year old Miele machine started to misbehave. Given its age, we decided to buy new. We wanted a washer drier for flexibility. We rarely use a tumble drier, and there is no space to fit both in the utility room. I read a few reviews and decided to go for a Bosch silver machine to match the dish washer and fridge freezer. I have used AO before and the ordering and delivery process was typically painless and efficient. I installed myself. First impressions of the new machine are excellent. My wife is chuffed to have a colour coordinated utility room at long last. Lets hope that it is build to last"

"Had to order a new machine after my old one started leaking. We came home from holiday with lots of washing. Delivered early. Once installed, surprised at how quiet it was. Looks good and is easy to use. Great price given its a bosch"

"We previously had a Bosch washing machine which lasted 12 years so when it failed I was keen to replace it with another Bosch, and upgrade to the washer dryer. I was not disappointed, the machine is quiet and efficient and yhe features make it so easy to use. The service from AO is brilliant too, delivery was fast and prompt with excellent customer care, the delivery guys were so helpful and professional, and managed with the lack of space in my tiny kitchen."
