"I have only done one wash and dry as at time of writing. The machine is easy to use and has a number of brilliant features such as the ability to set the dry time and wash temperature independently of the standard programmes and the ability to pause the programme and open the door to put that item you've forgotten in - invaluable. The difference in the wash and dry capacities is annoying though as if you want to go straight from washing to drying you have to be careful not to overload the drum to beyond 4kg. We've bought specifically to wash bedding and towels for my elderly mum so a bigger drying capacity would have been helpful - but overall very happy with the machine generally.

"Excellent, so quiet operation compared to previous machines. Good choice of wash cycles. My wife likes the dryer component, saves space in our accommodation. Service from AO fantastic, easy ordering process, speed of delivery, kept updated on delivery, delivery team really good.

"I wanted to give this 3.5. Washing is amazing, first rate, loads of programmes easy to use and fast.
Drying however is not so good, I had a Bosch condensing dryer for 5 years and this is nowhere near as good as the standalone model. The room I have the machine in is well ventilated and yet it never gets the clothes fully dry even on the extra dry setting. I never overload it but it just can't seem to quite do the trick. I've taken to putting the cycle on twice which works but in the long run this will cost me a lot in electricity.
It would be interesting to see if other puerile have had the same problem and if I'm doing something wrong?"
