"Replacement of older Neff unit which had halogen rings as well as ceramic. Very pleased with this unit and performs well as I was concerned with heat-up time over halogen. My wife does most of the cooking and she has not noticed any difference - result! Only minor niggle is the gap between the control knobs is difficult to clean but we didn't want touch control so we will manage. "
