"This was brought as a replacement for the exact same product that after 14 years started to see some wear and tear, and developed a fault on one ring, so it was a no brainer to order the exact same reliable product again. I received excellent service from placing the order to receiving it. Can't fault AO they go above and beyond was kept informed of every step my product's journey.

"Brilliant product, smart and sleek looking, easy to use and usual quality for Neff products. Nothing to dislike about it, simple to use, sturdy, great quality hob. Well recommend - got cooker to go with it too - much better product than previous make I had ! No problems ordering and efficient for delivery as always!"
