"Thank you for delivering the television on time, we chose this telly because my daughter kept nattering for Netflix, and this is a smart tv incorporating Netflix, everything works as a smart tv should work apart from Netflix. We signed up on for Netflix on the telly and input all my details, we can now access Netflix on phones, tablets and computers, but everytime we try to watch Netflix on the new telly it freezes, and I have sat there for 10 minutes and it doesn't unfreeze. I have to turn the telly off... it is really frustrating especially because the remote actually has a Netflix option so it is supposed to work?"
