"Easier to empty the water container and the filter than my Candy grand O. Quieter to run and less expensive, I can see the difference on my smart meter. Flat front so looks neater in kitchen and dog can't use the door to climb up!
Slower to dry as expected but rarely need to dry stuff extra fast and jeans drying option works well and faster than I expected."

Heat pump tumble dryers are reported to be more economical and heat efficient. Although the tumble programmes seem longer, it costs less to run. Cost was a factor and after looking a several makes/models this Indesit was in our price bracket, is a trusted brand of white goods, particularly kitchen equipment. This model can be connected to a waste pipe to take away the water, or it has a container that catches the water which can be pulled out and emptied. Ours is connected to the waste. So far I am happy with this product. It has lots of different drying options. It’s relatively quiet and easy to clean the filters etc. It also comes with a shoe drying rack that connects to the door. Iit is child safe and lockable. Indesit also offer an extended warranty for this product. "

"bought a heat pump dryer because they said it was good and cheap to run! got it to start working on the second day, after waiting 3.30 hours to dry a load of washing that was almost dry coming off the line in the garden, when they said that the pump had to be primed.
clothes take an eternity to dry (almost- still damp on the hems and collars etc) even on the programme which states that they can be put stright into your wardrobe.
wouldnt reccommend to my worst enemy!
waiting for an engineer to turn up tomorrow to advise me if the machine is working properly!!!!!"

"Very pleased with new tumble dryer. Very quiet, good selection of programmes, easy to clean filters. Clothes, bedding, duvets etc come out ready to iron or put in hot airing cupboard. So much better that previous other brand! Would buy again."
