"This tumble drier has been great. I was worried prior to purchasing that some reviews said it either didn’t work well in cooler rooms or didn’t dry the clothes fully but this isn’t the case at all. It’s in my utility room which is cooler than the rest of the house but still works very efficiently and dries things completely on the “ready to wear” cycles. Would highly recommend."

"I had already owned the washing machine that matches this dryer so when I was looking for a new dryer I had a choice between a condenser dryer or this Heat Pump dryer. I had never heard of this type of dryer before so I looked it up and was very impressed with what I read. Initially when you choose a setting it shows a really high lvl of time to dry the clothes but I found that the time left goes down much faster than the actual real time. So, a cycle showing 3 hrs 30 mins actually only takes about 1 hour. The bottle containing the water removed from the clothes needs to be emptied after each load but if you forget and the bottle gets too full, it simply stops with red lights showing on the front telling you what the problem is. There is a range of drying options depending on the clothes in the drum and I would highly recommend this dryer. I am really delighted with it"

"The first one arrived damaged and with the door broken, customer service dealt with it brilliantly and arranged for a replacement to be sent out promptly, my only issue was being on hold for 45 minutes. The second one arrived in perfect condition and works very well. It does take longer to dry clothes than a standard condenser tumble dryer but given the cost savings that isn't an issue"

"I have had it for a week & used it 3 times so far. It’s done exactly what it’s supposed to do & dried my clothes. I clean the filters & empty out the water each time, so hopefully it’ll keep on keeping on for a long time to come.
So far, it has dried my clothes much quicker than expected on the economy setting! Really pleased!"
