Good

"My old washing machine was an old indesit one. I purchased this one because it was the biggest and cheapest washer dryer

Although the cycles are quite long, I love this machine. There is a quick wash and dry cycle that takes 45 mins and is designed for small loads. This machine is much quieter than my last one, I don’t really hear it when it’s in motion unless it’s spinning on 1600, even then it’s quieter than my last one (it was very loud) so that’s good for my open plan flat. I hardly hear the tumble dryer at all.

And because of the size of the washing machine I actually managed to catch up on all my washing which is a first for me. "

Really good machine! Very pleased with it.

"Looks very slick and the large drum is great for getting lots done at once but still cleaning well. Lots of washing options and love that you can see how much time is left. Quite quiet for a washing machine too. "

Good product

"Good washer dryer it’s quiet and washes well, the only negative point with it is that drying in cupboard mode doesn’t fully dry the items."

Confusing controls and slow drying

"The controls are quite confusing. I think it has been designed to be easy so you can wash and dry with one button, but if you don't want to dry you have to press the one button and then quickly press another button a few times to turn the drying off. It isn't clear what that one button does in terms of wash type and temperature - the detail is buried in the instructions. There isn't a setting for a mixed load which I'm sure is what most people do. In the manual it says to use the synthetic setting but you do have to read the manual well to find this. The manual is actually just a flappy sheet of paper with really small and cramped writing filling it so isn't for people who don't like to read instructions. The drying time is so very long. Washing and drying some bedding literally took over 6 hours and I still had to hang it over the banister overnight to finish drying even though I'd picked the 'drawers' setting. If you just want to use it for washing and find a setting you can use all the time then it is good as the drum is huge and takes loads of clothes. "
