Communication is key when ordering online. No hanging about all day driver calls prior to delivery. Also two man which was great as my dad was taking delivery for me in my absence.

"Although a very well built oven, I find it difficult to use for all but the basic conventional oven setting, having said that some of that could be down to my age :-}
It takes a very long time to reach heat and the timer isn't available for all settings, or at least I haven't been able to find it.
