"I was really happy with this fridge when I first received it as it looked lovely and spacious, however after having it for less than 6 months and am so disappointed. It was an A+ rated product but when it came it had an F Rating sicker with it. When I queried it with AO.com they told me to clarify with the manufacturer who have ignored my emails. Since then I have had one freezer drawer crack, both fridge drawers and the wine rack shelf has come apart also. The drawers have no flexibility in them all like other plastics and are thin, hard, and brittle. In my opinion the wine rack is pretty useless as if there is only one place it can go in order to fit bottle on which leave little space on the other shelves. I have rightly been offered replacements but know they will not last more than a few months. The drawers are clearly not fit for purpose. I did enquire what would happen should the drawers crack again outside of 12 months and was told I would then need to pay for replacements. I strongly advise people to avoid this product and spend their money on a better quality one. Feel very sadly let down."

After two very disappointing purchases from Samsung (the doors of the frost free freezer being faulty and resulting in the freezer becoming ridiculously icy) it seems that we have finally found very good quality, good value for money and quiet integrated fridge freezer. We got it installed by ao.com too which was well worth the money as integrated appliances can be annoying to install. Overall a very happy customer"
"Good fridge freezer was slightly smaller than others but happy with our purchase as other integrated fridge freezers were failing to fit into the space. A nice wooden wine rack makes it look plush just a shame it can only be positioned at one particular height to allow bottles to be stored so that the door can shut. This meant narrow spaces on the other shelves.
The salad and cheese/meat drawers are a good size and there's even a little secret drawer for beauty products which was a nice surprise.
Like mentioned in other reviews its a shame NFC connection doesn't work to my android phone. Its s great concept but annoying that it does not connect. "
