"I really regret buying this product! My last Ikea fridge freezer lasted more than 10 years, only I replace it because the rubber seal was not bouncing which we just need to pay attention to close the door carefully.
This Hoover fridge and freezer, all the plastic drawers are all clear plastic which can view the goods inside clearly. However it's VERY FRAGILE! There are two big cracks on big vegetable drawer only after 3 months. The top freezer drawer is a joke, you can only open half otherwise it will fall out then drop on the ground easily, the front panel of the drawer already broke after one month use!
I would probably ending up replacing all baskets in two year time.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this product.

"Broken down twice
Hoover customer service were very much computer says no even though I outlined it was inherently broken and that previous repairers promised I wouldn't have an issue with it any more.
Lasted 2-3 years"
