"Looks great, very quiet and washes / dries well. However, some fundamental issues exist that negate all of its good points, and make it quite unusable. The wifi connection seems to time out on the machine itself and can only be fixed by switching off at the mains. Once established, the wifi connection works intermittently between the smart phone and machine, and times out very quickly. You have to keep going back to the home screen to select the washer dryer icon to re-establish wifi. By the time you have selected the program that you want to run, the wifi connection has gone again. It can take a very large number of attempts to execute a program. We know that our wifi connection is OK, and the wifi router is only a few metres away through one studded wall. The other main problem is that the door will not open after the programs have finished, not even after an hour of waiting. Eventually, after turning the machine on/off at the mains, it opens. As an another reviewer mentioned, you have to press the power button on the machine control panel ten times before it works. The control panel instructions are very poor, so it is difficult to know exactly how to use it. The control panel bezel rotates to easily select one of a handful of very long washing programs, which can be turned down to 59 minutes by pressing the zoom button. What they don't tell you in their advertising is that the 59 min feature is only meant for tiny loads! We found that one of the 30 minute drying programs that we set from the phone (High Heat Drying) set drying time to repeat for 1 minute at a time and simply carried on after 30 minutes. Fortunately, you can stop any program at any time. Unfortunately, you cannot open the door afterwards!!! I am surprised that it can achieve an A++ rating with only a cold water connection (heated by electricity instead of taking hot water from my combi boiler). I dont believe that the second review here is a genuine buyer - we took what they said as read. It is too far-fetched to believe. The voice recognition doesn't work at all, and just comes up with smart remarks. We so wanted this machine to work, but I am sad to say that it has too many serious issues and we will be sending it back. Oh, and it is 62 cm deep, not the advertised 58 cm. Big shame. "

"We were a bit weary of this one as we couldn't find any reviews for it anywhere - it was quite new to the market so it was somewhat expected. We did take the plunge though as it offered several features that we were looking for.
First - it is superbly energy efficient - rated AAA+ it is definitely better than the majority of other washer dryers out there. It is so quite we initially didn't think it actually was doing anything, until taking a closer look at it and seeing that it indeed was! It looks really sleek with the front porthole and the digital turn display - which we actually do not use that much as we usually just power it on and set to remote control - this is where the fun starts.
We set up our home tablet with the Simply-fi app and connected to the washer-dryer - we can easily choose an existing program (and there is a great number of them pre-loaded) or quickly choose the settings for custom wash - the menu is very simple and works great. The big advantage is getting a notification on your phone/tablet when the program is finished and you can take your laundry out - I'm often nowhere near the washer when it's done so it is quite helpful.
We thought that using the voice recognition would be a bit of a gimmick but it is actually quite nice - I've asked it a few times what the recommended treatment for stains would - spot on and simple to use.
We have used it for quite a few washes/dry cycles now and can say that we're quite happy with it - the drum is spacious and the spin cycle does a really solid job in getting as much water out as possible. Just hoping that it lasts as long as possible.

"I'm pleased with the candy washer dryer , the only thing is the on and off switch , it's a touch button but. Most times you have to press the on button 10 times before it turns on , but when you finally get the machine on its great
And the wi fi setting , not that I need it doesn't work"
