"washer is easy to use untill you goto the app. washer doesn't connect all the time and sometimes requires a power off to get the app to connect. other then the issue above the washer is great it's quiet looks great and the cost of running this machine is quite cheap compared to the old washer. "

"overall the washing quality is great. drying not so much.. Wi-Fi worked just once and now it does not want to connect which is not ideal as it was meant to be a smart washing machine it limits the washing options... i watched the guide on youtube how to use it without the app so I don't have any issues with using it when app does not work. well.. it does look good but it lacks in terms of wifi reliability "

"The zoom option is really usefull.. plenty of programs.. easy to use if you are familiar with IT.. you can set the option the way you like..so you create your oqn program."

"Just don't. It looks cool, you might think you're tech savy and can deal easily with this machine. Which to be fair, you might be and we could use it. Your problem comes with the build and the technology.
Candy and this washerdryer are the equivalent of 5 year olds trying to build a NASA Spacecraft. The idea is good. It looks pretty. But the technology that works the machine is weak and get confused and easily broken.
Our drying cycle sticks on 1 minute to go and continues for hours (pretty sure thats a fire risk)
Drying cycle also is letting in more water so our clothes come out wetter than a normal wash.
Programme doesn't know what it's doing - it's setting delay times that we can't remove.
We obviously have had an engineer come out and then a replacement machine. Second machine had error messages after the 2nd load of laundry. We're now on to our third... and last.
Please, save yourselves the time and hassle. Just don't buy it."

"This is the second machine I've had as like a few people here there have been major issues.
Most of the time it still doesn't work properly so I have to keep switching it off and then on again.
Will be sending this second one back as the whole design is obviously unreliable.
Was holding out hope that this would do as advertised but have been severely disappointed!"
