"The only downside of this fridge is that the door in door lacks a left open alarm. Other than that this fridge is amazing and holds more than the capacity suggests.
I have numerous samsung side by side fridge freezers and the g series was the best in capacity(it has a high load than this one on paper) this one holds a lot more especially in the door.
Please be aware that this fridge is deeper."

"We really like this new fridge freezer. I was a little put off by some reviews which said it was noisy and easily damaged. We disagree. It's quiet with excellent features.
The water dispenser did leak at first but has now stopped leaking. Loving the ice maker and crusher and using the filtered water dispenser all of the time. The filter is in the water- line outside of the fridge so it's easy to change over. We wanted a plumbed in model to save the hassle of constantly re- filling a container which would also take up valuable storage space. It is pricey, but we're glad we bought it."

"This fridge is amazing.
The door-in-door feature is fantastic, it looks great and you can quickly get access to drinks and snacks that you use regularly without warming up your meats.
We are very happy with the ice maker and filtered water. It was easy to plumb in and the water tastes much better than from our Brita jug we had previously.
The ice dispenser/crusher is very loud but that is to be expected. The fridge hums louder when the compressor is on than my old integrated one. However, it is supposed to be one of the quietest American style fridge freezers so that is a compromise you have to be willing to make.
So far, connecting to WiFi doesn't seem worthwhile, you can set the temperatures remotely but most people probably never will. The smart diagnostic mode may be helpful if it breaks though.
I did a lot of research and this fridge seemed to beat out the competition on style, capacity, features and noise level (according to the specs)."
