"Great oven, used for the first time today and i am impressed. I don’t know if my old oven was worse than I realised or this is just a really good oven but either way I’m impressed. Heats up really quickly, looks great and feels solid, no so great for attracting dust and finger prints but still looks the part. More smoke during 1st burn in that I anticipated but it went after around 5/10 mins. The only thing I would say to be wary of is the bottom oven size, it’s rather compact and would probably only fit a medium chicken in. It comes with a dropped base oven tray which helps but it’s still a little tight."

"Nice build, easy to install but it would have been nice to have handles or something to hold at the rear. Heat's up fast. The shelf runners fall off easily which is annoying but I now know the nack to prevent it. The hydroclean is a gimmick. No different to putting a bowl of water and putting the oven on 100deg to steam. If anything, it leaves a water mark in the base of the oven if you are in a hard water area.
Happy with it for the amount I use it."

"It looks great and the instructions are clear. The first thing you need to do is leave it on whilst empty (instructions tell you this) so we did that and the following day cooked something with absolutely no problems, evenly cooked. I can’t wait to really test it!
I’m still getting my head around the timer and the cooking time- if the cooking time isn’t filled in then the instructions say it won’t heat up- so I’m working that part out but i will get there I’m sure. "

Oven is much quieter than old oven, setting clock can be a bit of a fiddle having to go through other parts of timer to set clock and oven will not work unless time is set.
The bottom oven is quite a big smaller than old oven which requires a bit of thought to place larger items into this area."

"I would recommend this cooker, it has a double oven, easy to understand and a cleaning setting that is fab and also easy to use making it less work for me, got to be every housewife's / persons dream oven."

"The service I have received from ao has been excellent. Everyone I have spoken to has gone out of their way to help me. Thank you. The oven itself I am a bit disappointed with as the fan oven is smaller than I expected. I tried to put a casserole dish in there and had to replace the lid with tin foil for it to fit. I can’t return it as I have used it so I ll have to find a way round it .the rest of the oven is fine and the multi cook option looks usefu. The booklet explains the different ways of cooking everything and the benefits of using the oven settings in those ways. Looking forward to experimenting!
