"Installation was done incorrectly, water leaked everywhere and ruined our wooden benches. Tried calling ao, never answer or get a call back that is promised."

"The washing machine itself is fabulous, it’s quiet, efficient and has a good range of programmes. The 15 minute wash is perfect for a quick freshen up or as an alternative to hand washing. It’s easy to use and although an integrated machine doesn’t feel any smaller than standard machine.
The one problem we had was the washer which linked the pipe to machine was split on arrival and not discovered until the washing machine had been installed in the new kitchen and used a few times. Yes we had water everywhere- do check there are no splits before installing.
Overall really happy with the machine."

"Lovely washer. Love all the different settings and also the fact you can adjust the temperature on some of the settings. Looks stylish and is very simple to use. Also love the drum size. Great product all round would defo purchase again."

"With our last machine biting the dust on a bank holiday weekend, we were really pleased that ao were able to deliver this so quickly.
It’s quick cycles are brilliant for family refresh washes and clothes come out half dry after the spin, a huge improvement on our last one. It looks modern and has a lot of different cycles to choose from.
Cons- very difficult to get the kitchen door onto it- the holes don’t align at all. Detergent drawer is flimsy and I’m not sure how long it’ll last with frequent use but so far so good."
