"This oven is just what i needed and i am very pleased with it. it has several options for the type of cooking and heats up very quickly. The fan is quiet and i like the option for being able to use steam to aid cleaning. it is larger than previous oven but fitted into the existing base well. Have not found anything negative to state."

"Very nice oven. However instructions very poor. Can't get defrost to work so very disappointed. Oven good size and three shelves good.
Overall a good oven but defrost was essential and can't get it to work as dial seems to suggest two settings that are on same dial. "
