"It's a good dryer, but not very reliable. I had two repairs in the first 2 months, and now it's just a few moths out of warranty and has quit again - making loud thumping noises as it spins. The under warranty repair service is good, and the service man was outstanding. The door doesn't close properly all the time. The control panel is not user friendly at all - and it has quite a long delay to start (or not always start) after you press the start button. I'd avoid this brand/model in the future."

"This dryer although very effective has issues with it's 'one touch' capabilities. If you have an iphone it will not pair as it is not compatible. If you have an android phone over a certain version you may have trouble also.
Aside from the bluetooth being crap; this dryer has been really good, although my clothes have shrunk, thought this dryer protects clothes. Anyhow there must be a setting that protects clothes, just beware when using it. Good value for money, dry's clothes very fast."
