"Easy to use and an absolute life saver. I can wash and dry 3 loads in one day as opposed to over the course of the week.

"It took a while to understand how to use this machine as the programs and settings are over complicated. Many of the programs wont allow 10kg and it sets itself to "hang dry" as standard rather than completely dry that I wanted.
I just wanted to put in non delicate clothes in or a load of towels and it comes out dry, I dont want the fancy cycles or NFC connectivity.
I found if I put the setting to "whites" and then change the dryness setting to completely dry it works brilliantly. The clock says 3hours to dry when you do this but after 30mins to an hour it recalculates the time."

"Wonderful appliance! It looks sleek and stylish and was so simple to install. Very straightforward to use and has loads of different cycles to deal with all of your laundry. The drum is absolutely massive, which is vital to us as a family of six. Couldn’t be happier with it. "

"poor machine takes hours longer to dry , avoid, this machine really is made complicated and may well be energy saving but its ability to dry can be time consuming, so unless you want to invest a lot of time and waiting around then dont bother. i will be going back to a simple white knight one as my previous lasted 10 years!"

"Altering the machine to use the outlet pipe was difficult in the extreme. The pipe provided is too short which meant rearranging my kitchen. The controls are unnecessarily complicated."
