"Bought the hoover NEXT heat pump dryer 10kg. It was a little tricky to use first off as the instructions are not that clear. Once I’d sat and went through every dry option to see what all the knobs and whistles do then it’s very simple. If you have an iPhone 7 and above or an Android phone it’s easy to down load the wizard app and scan your clothes tags, you can also save to memory and delay your start and use your app when you wish to start, or set the timer up to 24 hours. Fabulous piece of kit would definitely recommend. "

"I love this dryers rating of A++ as am hoping to use it guilt free over the winter and with all this rain I can see it’s going to get some use . The water container in the door is definitely a plus as my last one was at the bottom of the machine which was not only difficult to access but sometimes spilt on removal whereas this on is easy to use , empty and see when it needs emptying . Controls are not too bad although I haven’t tried it through the app yet as I’m not very technically savvy. The only thing I don’t like is the noise it makes when you start it running, for at least the first 15 minutes it sounds like you’ve got a trainer in there with a constant thump thump on each turn of the drum . This does seem to quieten down either that or I get used to it , I’m not sure which yet but I’m happy with the drying times and I’m sure it dries quicker than my old condenser dryer did before it died. Overall I’m pleased with this dryer and hope that it lives up to its rating and saves me money over its hopefully long and useful life. "

"Bought this appliance only based on energy rating. I have to say it is a good dryer but takes long to dry. There is no exact times on most of the programs so hard to predict when your wash will be actually dry. Using this one you definitely have to change the way you are thinking about conventional dryers ie full on heat for 30 min and it’s all done. Naah you have to be very pension with this one. We like a big drum though and at the end of it you know your clothes are not heat damage and not much creased which is great. If you want to finish your washing off for 10min at the end this one definitely isn’t for you. But so far we are happy with it. Thanks"

"The tumble dryer is a great buy, spacious drum and easy to use tank for the discharged water. Very pleased with everything about the physical appliance. Works quietly and efficiently. There is no manual and no details of how to use the machine. It came with a spurious rubber hose and no instructions what it’s for.
The ‘one touch’ hoover app promises to run all your appliances from your smart phone. However it’s incompatible with this machine in the UK.

"Not sure how I managed without my new helper, this type of drier may have longer cycles to improve energy efficiency, but I love how I can put a large mixed material load in or a quick small load. I’ve not shrunk anything yet and thrown all my washing in. I’m extremely happy and would definitely recommend "
