"I recently bought this machine. Never had one before so not able to compare.
There is only one fault, the start button won’t work the first time, you have to click it a few times before it will start.
I’m getting familiar with the settings, and not got round to downloading the app yet, so can’t comment on that.
I think I would have gone for a different one if I had to choose again. But it does the job. The bedding and towels get dry that’s the main thing. Love that the water collects within the door so you can see when to empty it, which is straight forwards to do. Also the dust collector just inside collects really well, and again easy to access and clean.

"Nice looking machine, quiet with a large capacity. Lots of drying options but I find it very complex to work and have to get the user guide out to identify which is the best programme.
It's not very easy to see what setting it is on as the little red line on the dial can't be seen when it's turned past 3oclock position, could be improved with a pointer or raised bit."
