"Received my new range but unfortunately my husband did not notice the lower oven glass was shattered and thought it was a cover so the guys we had arranged fitted it. I came to look at it and of course being a woman realised it was broken, back on to AO customer service very helpful but had to wait 4 days for new delivery very inconvenient when you have no cooking facilities.
Second delivery arrived 2 very efficient and helpful delivery men took away all the packaging from both cookers and put it in place in the kitchen great, got it fitted I looked at it and low and behold tall oven handle was fitted incorrectly so today an engineer came to fix it but of course it can't be because they have ruined it but cross threading so he should be back within a week!!
The range looks very nice in my kitchen it's a pity there isn't a more thorough stock inspection to save all this very annoying situation.
I have used the oven and seems to be working fine a bit more noise with the fan than my previous range and I will have get used to the difference in the temperature, but baked an excellent victoria sandwich.
Nice looking, seems sturdy would recommend it.

"Absolutely fantastic! I am so pleased with this cooker, I have wanted one for ages. It works beautifully and fits perfectly in our cottage kitchen. All I need to do now is learn to cook, but I have to admit, I am now totally inspired!
The glass lid is a brilliant addition, especially in a small space, it adds a bit of extra worktop and acts as an easy to clean splashback.
The burners and oven are easy to light, hold the knob in for a few seconds and its done, no more messing with an additional ignite button.
The main oven cavity is slightly narrower than I had before and some of the tins and dishes I had don't fit but it is not really a problem and the second oven more than makes up for it.
I have to say I am totally happy with this cooker."

"Having to replace my previous range cooker at short notice after 10 years, I was extremely impressed with the very stylish and super functional Chefmaster. Great to look at, fits beautifully into any kitchen decor and works like a dream. Even has a glass lid to cover the burners and extend the working surface in a very small kitchen when not in use.. The burners have an automatic ignition feature, unlike my previous cooker which needed both hands to light them. Both electric ovens are roomy and heat up quickly and the fans enable even temperatures throughout.
