"Very happy with this so far (only used it three times). The dial has a reassuringly solid click with an indicator light, so very easy to see what programme has been selected. Once the programme is selected, it has the option of changing the temperature and/or spin speed (within parameters which vary with the programme). The delay timer is essential as far as I am concerned (so I can run it on cheap rate electricity). Very quiet - the drum makes no noise when turning. Can't really comment on cleaning ability as I haven't tried to clean heavily soiled items. A 7kg drum is not that big for a washing machine, but big enough when there's only two of us. The depth is less than many machines so would fit in a shallower space (height and width are standard). Nothing I don't like!"

"Purchased this solely on the reviews being very good. Also the fact it has a 30 year guarantee on the motor. After a few weeks it started to leak from the draw. It didn't just dribble it sprayed it out and consequently flooded the utility and ruining the carpet in the next room. I was told I need a new draw and the attaching tube. I had that fitted and the same problem occurred that very day. Another engineer said it was because we had low water pressure. I accepted this and moved house a month later. Same problem happened again. I was then fitted a new sensor. Same problem again. I was then fitted a new circuit board. Same thing happened again that same day - ruining the flooring in my new house. As of yet no one seems to know whats wrong with it. I am at the moment waiting for a decision on a new machine. I wish I had purchased german. It doesn't seem to wash or rinse the clothes to the standard of my old AEG. Also the big black door is a pain as you cannot see whats going inside when there is a problem. Please don't buy this machine.....save your money and buy German engineering."

"We couldn’t be more pleased with our new washing machine and would highly recommend it for this price range. Our previous machine was very loud and so this model from Haier was an absolute godsend. You barely know it’s running the action is so smooth and quiet and with absolutely no compromise on efficiency, performance or wash quality.
It also has an array of settings that would satisfy the fussiest of washing labels and looks to rival anything out there. It’s 5 stars and zero complaints from us."

"Had never heard of this make before. Great range of settings & also customisation for spin speeds & temperatures. Really useful quick wash cycles. Easy to understand controls. Wanted this as previous machine stuck out from front of worktop and jumped around on fast spin, being incredibly noisy. It is not as deep as most machines so it fits perfectly under my worktop and you hardly notice that it is on a quick spin cycle. Quietest machine I have ever owned. "

"As I live in a townhouse I wanted to buy a washing machine which didn't vibrate and make lots of noise during spin cycle. The reviews I read for this model were good and so far my experience of the machine has lived up to expectations.
The only reason I have not given this slim line model 5 stars is because it was to fit into my airing cupboard which is just under 49 cm deep. The dimensions said this model was 46 cm deep however I have discovered this does not include the depth of the door which does stick out quite a bit. Consequently I can't completely close the cupboard door. Also don't quite under why the door is dark and opaque - I would have prepared a see through door.
Other than this the machine seems of good quality and I'm so pleased to have finally found a washing machine that doesn't vibrate through the house and jangle my nerves!"

"Without a shadow of a doubt, the best machine I have ever had! Had to buy a shallow model to suit my tiny kitchen and this fitted the bill. I also have the kitchen and livingroom open plan and have neighbours above and below me so wanted a quiet model and this is 'super quiet'. I cannot complain about anything on this machine but would buy a larger capacity if washed for more than two people but this is perfect for me. Programs seem fine with plenty of choices that you override the recommended programmes with. Actual wash times are considerably less than the advertised ones, these are worst case scenario with pre wash. Buy it, you will not be disappointed!"
