"We have had three machines in three weeks and various reasons two returned and we went for this one as shallow so fitted under counter. The controls are easy and simple and feel solid. This Haier is not a WiFi version nor does it feed liquid to correct level nor add washing but it washes cloths and she loves it. Spins quiet, easy use and no degree needed..... if I need to find out what it is doing I go look not use my phone.... next will be a camera inside."

"I've not heard of this brand before and after reading a few reviews, I decided to give it a go.
The controls are really easy to use, you can't go wrong really.
It is so quiet, I had to use a torch to look through the door to check it was working.
The alarm let's you know when your washing has finished.
Communication was excellent and I knew when my machine was arriving.

"AO to the rescue! After being let down by Currys where the didn’t deliver the goods. I bought this Washing Machine from AO. Service was excellent, great communication and the delivery chaps were fantastic. The complete opposite of Currys.
The washing machine was replacing an 8 year old Whirlpool that just died stone dead. Water had got into the main board and fried the lot. Time for a new washing machine.
The Haier was well packaged when delivered, the machine itself was very easy to hook up, build quality is of a high standard. The instruction manual is small but the front panel for controlling the different wash settings is self explanatory.
The 15 minute wash is amazing and ideal for most of our needs (family for 4). The 7KG drum is a big upgrade from our 5KG in the old whirlpool which should help reduce the number of washes we need to do.
I never knew washing machines could be so quiet. The old washing machine we could hear it throughout the house at every stage of the wash. With the Haier even the spin is surprisingly quiet.
I was orginally going to buy a cheaper machine, I’m glad I spent a bit more to get this this model. I registered the machine on the Haier website which extends the warranty to two years.
If you are thinking about getting this machine just go for it, you won’t be disappointed."

"We love slim depth washing machine. It’s vey quite need make sure as it’s working ;P when it’s on. Good capacity for 3-4 people families. "

"Lovely washing machine that copes perfectly with our 3 person family, including my sons football kit! The first few times using it there was a rather strong plastic-like smell, but this has gone now. Much quieter than our old machine, even to the point that I digest it’s on. Very happy. "
